In Be Self Aware, John uses examples from his upbringing and his understanding of Internal Family Systems℠ (IFS℠) to demonstrate that, just like we have external families (our relations, friends and coworkers), we also have internal families (called parts, which are our thoughts and feelings). These parts cause us to act and react to situations and people similarly every time.
Through captivating storytelling and interactive exercises, John offers a system that readers can use to possibly discover their own parts and, in turn, become self aware.
