Sometimes I do things just to make people laugh. This cannon at Goodrich Castle in Herefordshire, England, was just too perfect of a photo opportunity not to stick my head in there! I mean, just think of the size of cannon ball that would have been shot out of that thing!

We spend a lot of time thinking about and working on our relationships with other people. But in reality, you will never have truly healthy relationships with other people until you stop and focus on your relationships with yourself.
