This #ThrowbackThursday is going way, way back. Looking at the face of that little baby, you would never know that bones and tissue in both legs were malformed and I was missing bones and numerous toes. I was living in the Shriner’s Hospital for Crippled Children, where I grew up for seven years, about four hours away from my family. Needless to say, my formative years were very different than most children, and I grew up with a lot of internal issues that I spent years hiding. The journey to becoming Self Aware over 50 years later allowed me to acknowledge a lot of the beliefs that my subconscious was burdened with.
